We have an immediate job opportunity for a System Analyst specializing in Cards & Payments. The candidate will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring accurate translation of business requirements into system solutions. Key responsibilities will include:
- Strong functional knowledge of Credit Card or Debit Card systems, including card issuance, authorization, clearing, settlement, Card Control, and customer servicing workflows via digital channels.
- Expertise in cards and payments, particularly regarding regulatory, compliance, and security implications in the financial services sector.
- Analyzing, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements, and preparing clear specifications, system flow diagrams, and data mappings.
- Conducting impact analysis for business change requests and enhancements, and advising stakeholders on feasibility and risks.
- Proficiency in SQL querying and data analysis using relational databases such as Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server for supporting data validation and issue investigation.
- Collaborating closely with internal IT teams to support solution design, integration, and delivery aligned with business needs.
- Overseeing internal testing activities, including system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and data analysis with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid environments.
- Hands-on experience with Agile project methodologies and related tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Required.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM) - Preferred.
- ITIL Foundation Certification - Strongly preferred.
