System Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in the banking domain, along with working knowledge in applications such as CRM and IVR. Knowledge in the payment domain is a plus. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring the successful delivery and ongoing support of digital solutions in a financial services environment.

Location: Ajman, Emirate, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage digital transformation initiatives across banking domains (CRM, SMS, digital channels, customer experience platforms).
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Oversee end-to-end project management including planning, delivery, vendor coordination, UAT, and deployment.
• Provide production support for mission-critical banking applications, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders for seamless project execution.
• Conduct system integration testing (SIT), change validations, and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
• Manage incident resolution and root cause analysis for digital platforms and applications.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure knowledge transfer across teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in techno-functional roles, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Hands-on experience with banking applications like CRM, IVR, Statements, and SMS Banking.
• Proven ability in support management for digital platforms, handling incident analysis, and vendor management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
