Responsibilities:
- SCCM Architecture & Operations: Configure and maintain SCCM site infrastructure, distribution points, client collections, and compliance baselines to ensure reliable software delivery.
- OS Imaging & Task Sequences: Build, update, and validate Windows 10/11 OS images; develop and maintain MDT/SCCM OSD task sequences for automated deployments.
- Application Packaging & Deployment: Package, test, and deploy MSI/App-V applications via SCCM and Intune; migrate legacy packages to modern management frameworks.
- Intune & MDM Management: Design and implement Intune device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and conditional access rules for mobile and desktop endpoints.
- Automation & Scripting: Develop PowerShell scripts to automate imaging, packaging, and reporting tasks, reducing manual effort and build time.
- Patch Management & Update Compliance: Plan and execute monthly patch cycles; monitor update deployments and remediate failures across Windows endpoints.
- Incident & Change Management: Troubleshoot SCCM/Intune-related incidents (e.g., PXE boot failures, content replication issues), escalate complex problems, and document resolutions.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with networking, security, and support teams to ensure certificates (PKI), firewall rules, and network services support endpoint management workflows.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience administering SCCM Current Branch and Microsoft Intune in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and PKI integration for certificate-based authentication.
- Proficiency with OS deployment tools: MDT, WDS, and SCCM OSD task sequences.
- PowerShell scripting skills for automation of packaging, imaging, and reporting.
- Must hold one of the following certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
Other Qualifications (Good-to-Have):
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or CompTIA Security+.
- Familiarity with additional MDM platforms (e.g., VMware Workspace ONE, Samsung Knox).
- Excellent documentation, knowledge-sharing, and customer-facing communication skills.
