Roles & Responsibilities:
- Define the system requirements by translating stakeholder needs into technical specifications.
- Define detailed functional, performance, and environmental requirements, ensuring compliance with standards like ED-109.
- Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, and testable.
- Contribute to procedures for system-level testing.
- Continuously update your expertise and design innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
- Solve complex problems in a challenging environment.
Work Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience in Software and/or Systems Engineering.
- Experience in writing system specifications (functional and non-functional requirements).
- Familiarity with engineering processes and tools.
- Ability to adapt and respond to change.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Aeronautical/Space Engineering, Computer Science) or related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of development assurance standards (such as ED-153, ED-109A, ARP 4754A, ED-12C).
- Understanding of the operational and regulatory environment of Air Traffic Management (ATM) and Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM).
- Experience with drone operations.
- Ability to quickly understand the system, stakeholders, interactions, products, and environment.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset in an international setting.
- Resourceful, analytical, structured, open-minded, curious, rigorous, and logical.
Language Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
