System Engineer

In this role, you will execute service work and projects with low to medium complexity, adhering to the company's standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. You will plan and execute work with a first-time right approach while interacting directly with customers to enhance their operations and eliminate pain points.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Work with the customer on-site to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Perform field service tasks, troubleshoot technical issues, and conduct analysis via remote or on-site efforts.
• Execute service projects in collaboration with project managers and engineering teams.
• Prepare material lists for service activities ensuring all materials, parts, and equipment meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process failures, recommend corrective actions, and suggest long-term solutions.

Qualifications for the Role:

• 2+ years of experience in System 800xA engineering, including installation and troubleshooting of systems, hardware, and application coding.
• Excellent client-facing and technical convincing skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Cyber Security experience, certification, and hands-on execution is an advantage.
• Degree in Cyber Security is preferable.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
