System Engineer

In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work and projects with low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with the company standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Working with customers on-site to identify opportunities to improve their operations and eliminate pain points.
• Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and conducting analysis through remote or on-site activity.
• Executing service projects in collaboration with project managers and the engineering team.
• Working with various Data Base applications and solutions.
• Preparing material lists for service activity and ensuring all materials and equipment are available and of appropriate quality.
• Troubleshooting equipment/process failures, requesting proactive corrective actions, and recommending solutions to avoid future issues.

Qualifications for the Role:

• 2+ years of experience in Data Base application development, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• 2+ years of experience in programming languages such as SQL, C, C#, and C++.
• Experience with System 800xA is an advantage.
• Excellent client-facing and technical convincing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Cyber Security experience and certification, along with hands-on execution, is an advantage.

This is a full-time position located in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. Further information about the work model (onsite/hybrid/remote) will be provided during the application process.
