We are seeking a System Engineer with substantial experience in Video Analytics, Video Management Systems (VMS), and High Availability Unified Integration Platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation, system design understanding, and delivery of integrated security and surveillance solutions that meet regulatory, operational, and technological standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, integrate, and configure the Video Analytics Solution, VMS, and Unified Integration Platform (UIP) in critical environments such as airports.
- Configure video analytics use-cases including Face Recognition, Intrusion Detection, Crowd Detection, and Perimeter Protection.
- Ensure proper integration with Command & Control platforms, Access Control Systems (ACS), License Plate Recognition (LPR), and other operational subsystems through API, SDK, or middleware layers.
- Adhere to High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Cybersecurity compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation such as Statements of Work (SOWs), network diagrams, IP plans, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)/Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) reports, and training materials.
- Support vendor management and coordination with client authorities, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies for clear communication and approvals.
Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (IT/Computer Science/Electronics) or a related field.
- Relevant industry certifications such as Genetec, Milestone, Axis Certified, CCNA, and PMP are preferred.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in delivering large-scale security or smart city projects, preferably in airports, critical infrastructure, or transportation hubs.
- Strong understanding of video analytics platforms (e.g., AnyVision, BriefCam, AgentVI) and VMS (e.g., Genetec, Milestone).
Skills:
- Strong understanding of API-based integrations, IoT protocols, and middleware orchestration tools.
- Experience with Windows/Linux environments, server deployments, and HA cluster management.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills for managing multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities in live operational settings.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle mission-critical escalations with minimal supervision.
