System & Infrastructure, Senior Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced System & Infrastructure Senior Engineer to manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing systems. This role involves a variety of responsibilities that focus on delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain servers, systems, and infrastructure environments.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity.
• Configure and troubleshoot Windows and Linux environments.
• Manage virtualization, cloud infrastructure, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Implement infrastructure security controls and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex system and infrastructure issues.
• Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and projects.
• Maintain technical documentation and procedures.
• Collaborate with network, security, and application teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in systems and infrastructure engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux administration and networking.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, virtualization, and backup solutions.
• Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, and infrastructure security.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
