System Integration Engineer

About the Job: The primary goal of this role is to install, configure, and maintain complex hardware and software systems while providing top-tier technical support to our customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Installation & Configuration: Install servers, workstations, and networking equipment, and deploy operating systems, drivers, and application software.
• Technical Support: Monitor system health during operations and troubleshoot software faults with back-office support.
• System Maintenance: Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance tasks, including applying patches and upgrades.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system configurations and update installation/maintenance manuals as needed.
• HSE Compliance: Ensure personal and team safety by complying with local laws and the HSE Management System, including the use of PPE.

Experience Requirements:

• Industry Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience deploying radio communication systems.
• Linux & Containers: Entry-level experience with Linux distributions and Docker.
• Sector Knowledge: Experience in Defense projects or critical infrastructure is highly preferred.
• System Testing: Experience in integrating and testing complex systems is a plus.
• Clearance & Travel: Ability to obtain security clearance for military bases and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Diploma degree or equivalent experience in Electronics, Software Integration, or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to read/interpret technical drawings and a basic understanding of radio technologies.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required; French or Arabic is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills, high reactivity to customer needs, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
