Your responsibilities will encompass troubleshooting front-end applications by gathering information, utilizing troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows. You will also leverage your expertise in solutions to further the company's Health innovations and capabilities, create and maintain documentation, and ensure effective knowledge transfer throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders.
- Drive client-specific solution configuration to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations.
- Lead client meetings and internal initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Foreign System Interface (FSI) and related solutions.
- Document and maintain project artifacts and knowledge transfer materials.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience with Foreign System Interface (FSI) and integrated solution modules.
- Sound knowledge of HL7, Open Port, Open Engine & OPENLink.
- At least 3+ years in health care information technology work.
- Software implementation experience (minimum 3+ years).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Healthcare or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Experience with the company's Health Millennium and interface creation.
- Experience in a Support or Application Managed Services organization.
Expectations:
- Travel requirement: 10% - 20% based on business needs.
- Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
- Adherence to corporate and organizational security policies.
