Systems Engineer

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to work closely with a sales representative in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Systems Engineer's main mission will be to support the sales organization in all technical matters regarding pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all technical aspects of a sales cycle with Enterprise customers, including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs when required.
• Participate in project management and POCs in collaboration with internal teams and customers/commercial partners.
• Understand and address the technical requirements of customers to build superior solutions.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners, working closely with your sales counterpart.
• Stay updated on the company's products and solutions, as well as the competitive landscape.
• Effectively communicate and position the company's solutions remotely and in person.
• Manage multiple deals simultaneously while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer and prospect interactions within the CRM (Salesforce).

Qualifications:

• High aptitude for security technology, specifically encryption and authentication, with additional knowledge of network security, intrusion detection, anti-virus, routing, switching, LAN, and WAN.
• Previous experience in a pre-sales engineer role managing end-to-end technical aspects of deals.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with evidenced impact on key wins.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and communicate technical information effectively to various stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, FIREWALL, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, and 3DES.
