Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: On-site, with an expectation of 50% travel across Saudi Arabia. Flexible working hours and options for home office/hybrid mode.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to secure and expand business with new and existing end-user customers, Cloud, and Hosting Providers.
- Conduct web-based and on-site demonstrations of the company product portfolio, providing training, enablement, and participating in joint meetings.
- Offer pre-sales support and on-site assistance to customers during their evaluation of the company software.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and strategic alliance partners in coordination with sales colleagues.
- Contribute to and participate in company marketing events.
- Conduct Product Proof of Concepts (POCs) for customers.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (B.O.M), RFPs/RFQs based on customer needs.
- Demonstrate new technologies and provide training to internal staff and customers.
- Independently identify and qualify business opportunities.
- Provide technical compliance and competitive analysis of products within the solution.
- Coordinate presales efforts with customers, working with company Solution Architects, System Integrators, and Professional Services figures.
Expectations:
- Ability to engage in business conversations with relevant stakeholders, including C-Level executives.
- Advise customers on their future business strategy and ensure a positive customer experience on assigned accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Comfortable presenting to groups, both remotely and in-person.
- Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Client interaction for requirement gathering and understanding existing infrastructure.
- Knowledge in VMware, Nutanix AHV, RedHat, and Microsoft virtualization technologies in large environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and AWS; ability to discuss and position Cloud technologies.
Advantages:
- VMCE certification is beneficial; employees can obtain VMCE and VMCA after starting the job.
- Knowledge in Kubernetes technology platforms is an advantage.
- Knowledge in databases (Oracle, SQL, DB2, SAP) is an advantage.
- Understanding of data and privacy and security standards such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, PDPL, NDMO, NCA, SAMA.
- Familiarity with data security frameworks including DSPM (Data Security Posture Management).
