Systems Engineer - BFSI

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to work closely with a sales representative in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full-time, on-site role will involve supporting the sales organization in all technical matters related to pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all technical aspects of a sales cycle with Enterprise customers, including project management and participation in POCs.
• Understand the technical requirements of customers to build superior solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners in collaboration with sales partners.
• Continuously improve knowledge of Fortinet products and maintain awareness of the competitive landscape.
• Effectively position Fortinet solutions to customers through strong communication skills, including presentations and technical discussions.
• Manage time effectively while working on multiple deals, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate activity, contact, and technical information of customers in CRM (Salesforce).

Qualifications:

• High aptitude for security technology, specifically encryption and authentication; knowledge of network security, intrusion detection, and more is desirable.
• Previous experience in a pre-sales engineer role, managing all technical aspects of deals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Familiarity with RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, FIREWALL, and other relevant technologies.
• CISSP accreditation is beneficial.
