The Channel System Engineer plays a critical role in driving success with our channel partners, acting as a trusted technical advisor and solution architect. This role supports channel sales efforts by engaging with partners and clients to demonstrate the technical value of our products, design custom security solutions, and provide technical enablement. You will work closely with both internal teams and external channel partners to ensure the successful integration, deployment, and ongoing support of our cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical expertise during partner and customer pre-sales engagements, including product demos, POCs (Proof of Concepts), and presentations. Address partner technical queries and concerns.
- Channel Partner Enablement: Conduct training and technical enablement sessions for channel partners and collaborate with marketing and product teams to create training materials.
- Solution Design & Architecture: Work with channel partners to design security solutions based on our product portfolio and support in configuring and troubleshooting solutions.
- Technical Account Management: Serve as a technical advisor for key channel partners, providing post-sales support and ensuring the right cybersecurity strategies are implemented.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support: Liaise with product management and R&D teams to communicate customer feedback and support channel partners with optimization insights.
Required Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent work experience may be considered).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in system engineering, solution architecture, or technical support within the cybersecurity or IT industry. Experience in a pre-sales capacity with channel partners is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with network security technologies, system architecture, and protocols. Proficiency in Linux/Unix, Windows, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Bash is a plus. Relevant cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CEH, CCNA Security) are desirable.
- Soft Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams.
