Position

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to work closely with a sales representative in a defined territory. The Systems Engineer's main mission will be to support the sales organization in all technical matters regarding pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all technical aspects of a sales cycle with enterprise customers, from the initial RFIs through to RFPs & RFQs when required.
  • Manage project aspects and actively participate in POCs in partnership with relevant teams, both internally and with customers/commercial partners.
  • Understand and analyze the technical requirements of customers to build superior solutions compared to competitor offerings.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners, collaborating closely with sales partners.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of the company's products and solutions, and maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Effectively position the company's solutions to customers, using strong communication skills for presentations and discussions.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure a positive customer experience when working on multiple deals.
  • Maintain accurate activity, contact, and account technical information in our CRM (Salesforce).

Qualifications:

  • A high aptitude for security technology, specifically in areas such as encryption and authentication, along with knowledge of network security fundamentals (intrusion detection, anti-virus, routing, switching, LAN and WAN).
  • Previous experience in a pre-sales engineer role, managing technical aspects of deals from start to closure.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a history of achieving key wins within the organization.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and communicate technical information effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of protocols and technologies such as RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, FIREWALL, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, and 3DES.
