Position

Job Description:
- Support the sales organization in all technical matters regarding pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales.
- Lead all technical aspects of a sales cycle with Enterprise customers.
- Ability to listen and understand technical requirements of the customer to build superior solutions.
- Primary technical point of contact for customers and partners.
- Continuously improve knowledge around Fortinet products and solutions.
- Strong ability to position Fortinet solutions to customers.
- Manage time effectively when working on multiple deals simultaneously.
- Maintain accurate technical information of all customers and prospects in CRM (Salesforce).
Requirements:
- High aptitude for security technology.
- CISSP accreditation beneficial.
- Experience in pre-sales engineer role.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of various security technologies.
