  • Job Description:
    • Support the sales organization in all technical matters regarding pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales.
    • Lead all technical aspects of a sales cycle with Enterprise customers.
    • Ability to listen and understand technical requirements of the customer to build superior solutions.
    • Primary technical point of contact for customers and partners.
    • Continuously improve knowledge around Fortinet products and solutions.
    • Strong ability to position Fortinet solutions to customers.
    • Manage time effectively when working on multiple deals simultaneously.
    • Maintain accurate technical information of all customers and prospects in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Requirements:
    • High aptitude for security technology.
    • CISSP accreditation beneficial.
    • Experience in pre-sales engineer role.
    • Problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
    • Strong understanding of various security technologies.
