Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle with Enterprise customers, from initial RFIs to RFPs & RFQs when required.
- Manage project management and actively participate in POCs in partnership with relevant teams both internally and externally.
- Understand and address customers' technical requirements to build solutions that outperform competitors.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners in collaboration with the sales partner.
- Consistently improve knowledge around the company's products and solutions while maintaining a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Position the company's solutions effectively to customers, whether remotely or in person, utilizing strong communication skills.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and technical information in CRM (Salesforce).
Qualifications:
- High aptitude for security technology, including encryption, authentication, and strong familiarity with network security concepts.
- Previous experience in a pre-sales engineer role, managing technical aspects of sales cycles through to technical closure.
- Proven problem-solving skills impacting key wins within the organization.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of security technologies such as RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, FIREWALL, and others.
