We are looking for a Systems Engineer to support our sales organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The primary mission of the Systems Engineer will be to assist in all technical matters related to pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle with Enterprise customers, from RFIs through RFPs & RFQs when needed.
- Participate actively in project management and POCs in collaboration with internal teams and customers/commercial partners.
- Understand and capture the technical requirements of customers to create superior solutions.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and partners, working closely with sales representatives.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of Fortinet products and the competitive landscape to provide effective security solutions.
- Present Fortinet solutions confidently, whether remotely or in person, utilizing strong communication skills.
- Manage multiple deals simultaneously, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer activity, technical information, and accounts using Salesforce.
Qualifications:
- High aptitude for security technology with knowledge in encryption, authentication, network security, intrusion detection, anti-virus, routing, switching, LAN, and WAN.
- Previous experience in a pre-sales engineer role, managing the technical aspects of deals through to closure.
- Problem-solving skills that have contributed to key wins within the organization.
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships, communicating technical details effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, FIREWALL, and other relevant technologies.
- CISSP accreditation is a plus.
