We are looking for a Systems Engineer to work closely with a sales representative in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Systems Engineer's primary mission will be to support the sales organization in all technical matters regarding pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all technical aspects of a sales cycle with Enterprise customers, from initial RFIs to RFPs & RFQs.
- Manage project activities and actively participate in POCs in partnership with relevant internal teams and customer/commercial partners.
- Understand and translate customer technical requirements into effective solutions.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners, working collaboratively with sales partners.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of the company's products and solutions, and maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Present the company's solutions confidently, employing strong communication skills in various formats including whiteboarding, technical papers, and customer discussions.
- Effectively manage time across multiple deals to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate technical information of all customers and prospects in our CRM (Salesforce).
Requirements:
- High aptitude for security technology, especially in areas such as encryption, authentication, and network security.
- Previous experience in a pre-sales engineer role managing technical aspects of deals until technical closure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of contributing to key wins in your current organization.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and communicate technical details effectively to various stakeholders.
- Understanding of technologies including RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, FIREWALL, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, and 3DES.
- CISSP accreditation is beneficial.
