Systems Engineer (Presales)

As a Systems Engineer at the company, you will be a crucial part of our field sales team, providing technical support during the sales process. Our Systems Engineering team focuses on the development and implementation of sophisticated products, applications, services, and solutions. You will deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and develop detailed installation or system integration plans, ensuring our customers receive innovative and relevant solutions tailored to their needs.

Location: Riyadh Region
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with complex customer accounts.
• Conduct needs analysis to understand customer requirements and project scopes.
• Prepare detailed product specifications to enable the sale of high-end products and solutions.
• Deliver impactful presentations at customer facilities.
• Verify the operability of sophisticated product and service configurations within customer environments.

Requirements:
Essential:

• In-depth understanding of technologies, products, and services.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to present to senior-level individuals and articulate the company solutions.
• Strong IT industry knowledge.
• At least 5 years of related experience in relationship sales.

Desirable:

• Bachelor's degree.
