You will join the Systems Engineering team, characterized by a collaborative culture and a mission to deliver exceptional technical expertise and customer service. This role involves enhancing the capabilities of the company's innovative solutions in Enterprise Cloud, Virtualization, Storage, Kubernetes, and AI technology.
Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate features and articulate benefits of the company's solutions to influence customer purchases.
- Size and configure the company's solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with customers as their trusted resource.
- Communicate customer feedback within the company's ecosystem.
- Partner with sales counterparts in developing account plans and proposal creation.
- Manage complex accounts and larger sales transactions.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert in one or more of the company's products.
Qualifications:
- 6 to 9 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- 5+ years of experience as a Pre-sales Engineer.
- Strong background in virtualization, storage, and cloud technology.
- Proficiency in DevOps practices, including scripting and cloud-native applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English is required and proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to solve complex problems and suggest effective solutions.
- High levels of personal and professional ethics and integrity.
- Desire to learn and strive for excellence.
Work Arrangement:
This role is on-site, allowing for face-to-face collaboration with team members in a dynamic and engaging work environment. Additional team-specific guidance will be provided by your manager.
