Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all technical aspects of a sales cycle with Enterprise customers, from the initial RFIs to RFPs & RFQs when required.
- Engage in project management and actively participate in POCs in collaboration with internal teams and customers/commercial partners.
- Listen and understand the technical requirements of customers to build superior solutions compared to competitors.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners, collaborating closely with your sales partner.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of the company's products and solutions, while maintaining an understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Effectively position the company's solutions to customers, either remotely or in person, utilizing strong communication skills.
- Manage time efficiently on multiple deals, ensuring a positive experience for customers.
- Maintain accurate activity, contact, and account technical information of customers and prospects in CRM (Salesforce).
Qualifications:
- High aptitude for security technology, particularly encryption, authentication, with additional knowledge of network security, intrusion detection, anti-virus, routing, switching, LAN, and WAN considered desirable. CISSP accreditation is a plus.
- Previous experience in a pre-sales engineer role, managing end-to-end technical aspects of deals.
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills and track record of driving key wins in previous roles.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and communicate technical information effectively to various stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, FIREWALL, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, 3DES.
