Position

Nutanix is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Systems Engineer (SE) to act as a trusted advisor to our Public Sector customers in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will begin with presales activities, aiding customers in their transformational journey through the adoption of our solutions portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to partner with the sales team, providing technical knowledge around Nutanix solutions. You will deliver technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, and guide prospects through technical evaluations (POCs), which are critical to the success of deals. Additionally, you will work with various teams to resolve customer concerns, escalate product issues, and serve as an ambassador for our brand.

Your Role:

  • Demonstrate features and articulate benefits of Nutanix solutions to influence customer purchases and drive business transformation.
  • Size and configure Nutanix solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and be recognized as their trusted resource.
  • Communicate customer feedback within the Nutanix ecosystem.
  • Partner with sales counterparts to develop account plans and proposals based on Nutanix offerings.
  • Collaborate with the presales team to obtain technical wins efficiently.
  • Manage complex accounts and larger sales transactions.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert in one or more Nutanix products.

What You Will Bring:

  • 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, with 3+ years as a Pre-sales Engineer.
  • Strong expertise in technical specifications required to sell Nutanix products and services to large enterprises in the Public Sector.
  • A deep understanding of the Public Sector in the region, with insights on simplicity, cloud-first strategies, and cost savings.
  • Hands-on technical aptitude and adaptability to market demands.
  • Solid background in virtualization, storage, and cloud technology.
  • Pre-sales experience with the ability to present solutions and conduct demonstrations.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills and clear communication of strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong technical advisory skills focused on customer engagement and relationship building.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and account managers.
  • High personal and professional ethics and integrity.
  • A desire for continuous learning and striving for excellence.

Work Arrangement: This role is primarily onsite, providing the opportunity for face-to-face collaboration with team members in a dynamic work environment.

Language Requirements: Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential.
