Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all technical aspects of a sales cycle with Enterprise customers from initial RFIs to RFPs & RFQs as needed.
- Participate actively in project management and Proof of Concepts (POCs) in collaboration with internal teams and customers/partners.
- Understand customers' technical requirements to build superior solutions that outperform competitors.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners, working closely with your sales partner.
- Continuously improve knowledge of the company's products and solutions, as well as understanding the competitive landscape and threats.
- Effectively position the company's solutions remotely or in person, using strong communication skills to present technical information.
- Manage multiple deals while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate technical information about all customers and prospects in our CRM (Salesforce).
Qualifications:
- High aptitude for security technology, particularly encryption and authentication, with additional knowledge in network security, intrusion detection, anti-virus, routing, and switching.
- Previous experience in a pre-sales engineer role, managing technical aspects of deals.
- Proven problem-solving skills with a track record of impactful contributions within an organization.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and communicate technically to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of protocols including RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, FIREWALL, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, and 3DES.
