Systems Engineer - Public Sector UAE

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to collaborate closely with a sales representative in a defined territory. The primary mission of the Systems Engineer will be to support the sales organization in all technical matters related to pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle with Enterprise customers, from initial RFIs to RFPs & RFQs.
• Manage project activities and participate in POCs in partnership with internal teams and customers/commercial partners.
• Understand customer technical requirements and build superior solutions that outperform competitors.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and partners, in collaboration with sales partners.
• Continuously enhance knowledge of the company products and solutions while understanding the competitive landscape.
• Effectively position the company solutions to customers, maintaining strong communication skills during presentations.
• Manage multiple deals simultaneously while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer activity and technical information in CRM (Salesforce).

Qualifications:

• High aptitude for security technology, particularly in encryption, authentication, network security, and related fields.
• Experience in a pre-sales engineer role, managing technical aspects of deals from inception to closure.
• Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated impact on key wins within previous roles.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and effectively communicate technical details to various stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of technologies such as RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, and FIREWALLs.
