Systems Engineer

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to support the sales organization in all technical matters regarding pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales. The main mission includes leading all technical aspects of the sales cycle with Enterprise customers, managing initial RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs as required. This role involves project management and active participation in POCs, working closely with both internal teams and the customer or commercial partner.

Key responsibilities include:

• Understanding and addressing customer technical requirements to build superior solutions compared to competitors.
• Serving as the primary technical contact for customers and partners in collaboration with sales personnel.
• Continuously improving knowledge of the company products and solutions while understanding the competitive landscape.
• Effectively presenting the company solutions remotely or in person through various communication mediums.
• Managing time effectively across multiple deals to ensure positive customer experiences.
• Maintaining accurate technical information of all customers and prospects in our CRM (Salesforce).

Requirements:

• High aptitude for security technology, especially in encryption, authentication, with knowledge in network security, intrusion detection, anti-virus, routing, switching, LAN, and WAN being desirable.
• Experience in a pre-sales engineer role managing end-to-end technical aspects of deals towards technical closure.
• Demonstrable problem-solving skills with impacts on key wins.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships and effectively communicate technical information.
• Understanding of RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, FIREWALL, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, 3DES.
