Systems Engineer - SASE

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to work closely with a sales representative in Riyadh, KSA. The primary mission of the Systems Engineer is to support the sales organization with all technical matters related to pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales activities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle for Enterprise customers, including project management and participation in POCs.
• Understand customer technical requirements and build superior solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure value delivery to customers.
• Maintain accurate activity and technical information in our CRM (Salesforce).
• Deliver exceptional customer service and problem resolution.

Qualifications:

• High aptitude for security technology, with knowledge in encryption, authentication, network security, intrusion detection, anti-virus, routing, and switching.
• Previous experience in network security and familiarity with technologies such as SASE, VPN, and Firewall.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; travel may be required.
• Experience in a pre-sales engineer role managing technical aspects of deals.
• Strong understanding of various technical protocols and systems, including RADIUS, PKI, and IPSEC.
