Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all technical aspects of a sales cycle with the Enterprise customers from the initial RFIs through to RFPs & RFQs as needed, including project management and participation in POCs.
- Understand customer technical requirements to build superior solutions compared to competitors.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners in collaboration with sales.
- Improve knowledge of Fortinet products, solutions, and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Systems Engineers to ensure customers understand the value of Fortinet solutions.
- Deliver excellent service and problem resolution to Fortinet customers.
- Position Fortinet solutions effectively, both remotely and in person, utilizing strong presentation skills.
- Manage time effectively while handling multiple deals, maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Keep accurate records of customer and prospect technical information in our CRM (Salesforce).
Requirements:
- High aptitude for security technology, with specific knowledge in encryption, authentication, network security, intrusion detection, anti-virus, routing, and WAN/LAN.
- Previous experience in network security and pre-sales engineering.
- Familiarity with technologies such as SASE, VPN, Firewall, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, Intrusion Prevention, and Content Filtering.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction; travel is required in the territory.
- Understanding of RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, FIREWALL, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, and 3DES.
- CISSP accreditation is a benefit.
