We are seeking a Systems Engineer to work closely with a sales representative in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The primary mission of the Systems Engineer is to support the sales organization in all technical matters related to pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all technical aspects of a sales cycle with Enterprise customers, from initial RFIs through to RFPs & RFQs when required, including project management and active participation in POCs with relevant teams internally and with customers/commercial partners.
- Understand the technical requirements of customers, building solutions that outperform competitors.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners, collaborating closely with the sales partner.
- Continuously improve knowledge of the company's products and solutions while maintaining an understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Effectively position the company's solutions to customers, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to present technical information confidently.
- Manage time effectively while working on multiple deals, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate activity, contact, and account technical information for customers and prospects in our CRM (Salesforce).
Qualifications:
- High aptitude for security technology, specifically encryption and authentication, along with knowledge of network security, intrusion detection, anti-virus, routing, switching, LAN, and WAN is desirable. The CISSP accreditation is beneficial.
- Experience in a pre-sales engineer role, managing end-to-end technical aspects of deals, leading to technical closure.
- Proven problem-solving skills with a tangible impact on key wins in previous organizations.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, effectively communicating technical concepts to various stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, FIREWALL, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, and 3DES.
