The Systems Engineer for Telco MSP Solutions & Multi-Cloud Security is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with Telco/MSP and Large-Scale Enterprises on behalf of Fortinet. This role will provide pre-sales support to the Account Management team, focusing on Telco, MSP (Managed Service Providers), and Multi-Cloud Security Solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of a business plan to maximize Telco, MSP, and Multi-Cloud Security revenues.
- Ensure high levels of partner/customer satisfaction.
- Support the development of account plans focusing on client relationship development and account growth/retention.
- Identify and develop new accounts and business opportunities.
- Support the Account Management team to achieve revenue targets and generate new pipeline opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge of client businesses and Fortinet’s service portfolio for effective upselling and cross-selling.
- Produce actionable quarterly/annual business and activity plans and develop profit improvement strategies.
- Communicate Fortinet’s sales and marketing objectives to all partners/customers/accounts.
- Build tailored MSSP solutions for MSP customer requirements and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and training materials.
- Provide competitive insight and positioning to regional management.
Work Conditions:
- On-site position in Dubai, full-time.
Language Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English are preferred.
Note: Experience in security vendor environments, knowledge of Software-Defined concepts, and expertise in Telco environments is desirable for this role. Understanding of current and future technologies such as private/public clouds and 4G/5G security concepts is also required.
