Position

The Systems Engineer for Telco MSP Solutions & Multi-Cloud Security is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with Telco/MSP and Large-Scale Enterprises on behalf of the company. This role focuses on providing pre-sales support to the Account Management team for the company's range of capabilities, specifically in the areas of Telco, MSP (Managed Service Providers), and Multi-Cloud Security Solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, particularly in Telco environments and Software-Defined concepts, coupled with good communication skills. Experience with security vendors is preferred as this position requires engagement with future partners, prospects, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of an effective portfolio business plan to maximize revenues from Telco, MSP & Multi-Cloud Security.
  • Ensure partner/customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest levels.
  • Develop account plans focusing on client relationship development and account growth/retention.
  • Identify and develop profitable new accounts and business opportunities.
  • Support the Account Management team in achieving revenue targets and building proactive plans to generate pipeline.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of the client’s business and the company's service portfolio for optimal upselling and cross-selling.
  • Create quarterly and annual business plans and develop profit improvement plans to justify the value of solutions/services.
  • Communicate the company's sales & marketing objectives to all partners/customers/accounts.
  • Develop and maintain multi-level relationships with partners/customers, including problem solving and addressing their requirements.
  • Build MSSP solutions tailored to MSP Customer requirements & regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with third-party advisory organizations and vendor meetings for possible Security Fabric integrations.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, RFP templates, etc.
  • Analyze competitive solutions and provide competitive insights to the regional MAMs.
