Systems Engineer - Telco

About the Job:

The Systems Engineer for Telco MSP Solutions & Multi-Cloud Security is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with Telco/MSP & Large-Scale Enterprises on behalf of the company. This role focuses on providing pre-sales support to the Account Management team, specifically targeting Telco, Managed Service Providers (MSP), and Multi-Cloud Security Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop an effective portfolio business plan to maximize Telco, MSP & Multi-Cloud Security revenues.
• Ensure the highest levels of partner/customer satisfaction.
• Support the development of account plans focusing on client relationship development and account growth.
• Identify and develop profitable new accounts and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Account Management team to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain an understanding of clients' businesses and the company's service portfolio.
• Develop and maintain partner/customer relationships, addressing their immediate and future needs.
• Build MSSP solutions that adhere to customer requirements and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, RFP templates, and channel training.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical expertise, particularly in Telco environments, Software-Defined concepts, and Managed Services.
• Understanding of modern technologies such as private/public clouds, telco-grade 4G/5G security, and micro-services concepts.
• Expertise in innovation strategies and market differentiation.
