As a Systems Engineer in Saudi Arabia, you will serve as the technical bridge between our Sales Representatives and their pre-sales customers. You will leverage your expertise in Trend Micro's Next-Gen security solutions to guide customers in selection and deployment, while collaborating with the Sales team to foster customer relationships and influence technical strategies through effective problem-solving.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Understand customer journeys with our products and ensure smooth navigation and engagement.
- Enhance customer success throughout their engagement and product experience.
- Support the sales organization by delivering compelling stories that drive sales effectiveness.
- Engage with emerging cybersecurity ecosystems and train channel partners for customer engagements.
- Conduct routine updates on new products and technologies for internal sales staff.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to gain insights into the latest trends and developments.
- Present complex technical issues and solutions in an engaging manner to various organizational levels.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to design effective solutions for customer challenges.
- Deliver customer training sessions on Trend Micro solutions and collaborate with technical support for ongoing quality assurance.
- Foster relationships that influence customer technical strategies and contribute to departmental best practices.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Rich experience in delivering high-quality presales support and solutions.
- Strong understanding of SOC operations, security analytics, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with security software solutions, including Firewall, Intrusion Prevention, and Data Protection.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- A strong interest in all aspects of cybersecurity and a passion for enhancing customer security.
