You will collaborate with various teams to address customer concerns, escalate product issues, and represent our brand effectively. You will be part of a larger Systems Engineering & Solution Sales organization, which consists of over 800 customer-focused technical sales professionals dedicated to aligning technology opportunities with customer needs and objectives.
Your Role
- Demonstrate features and articulate the benefits of Nutanix solutions to influence customer purchasing decisions and drive business transformation.
- Size and configure Nutanix solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, being recognized as a trusted resource.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback within the Nutanix ecosystem.
- Partner with sales teams to develop account plans, cover customer personas, and create proposals for recommending and designing solutions based on Nutanix offerings.
- Work with the presales team to achieve technical wins efficiently and professionally.
- Manage complex accounts and large sales transactions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in one or more Nutanix products.
What You Will Bring
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical presales role.
- A Bachelor's Degree and a working knowledge of Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on technical aptitude with the ability to adapt to market demands.
- Experience as a team player with cross-functional collaboration skills.
- An analytical mindset to solve complex problems and propose effective solution strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize urgency, and execute detailed action plans.
- High personal and professional ethics and integrity.
- A desire to learn, be challenged, and continuously strive for excellence.
- Capability to perform and manage a flawless proof of concept, which may require lifting servers weighing up to 50 lb within the datacenter.
- Proficiency in storytelling through various media, including whiteboards and presentations.
- Advanced knowledge of virtualization and/or expertise in enterprise applications.
