Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all technical aspects of a sales cycle with Enterprise customers, managing initial RFIs, RFPs & RFQs as required, including project management and active participation in POCs.
- Understand customer technical requirements and build superior solutions compared to competitors.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners, collaborating closely with the sales partner.
- Continuously improve knowledge of the company's products and solutions, as well as the competitive landscape.
- Effectively position the company's solutions to customers, both remotely and in-person, utilizing strong communication skills.
- Manage time effectively while working on multiple deals to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate activity and technical information in our CRM (Salesforce).
Qualifications:
- High aptitude for security technology, including encryption and authentication; knowledge of network security and intrusion detection is desirable. CISSP accreditation is a plus.
- Experience in a pre-sales engineer role, managing end-to-end technical aspects of deals.
- Proven problem-solving skills with demonstrable impact on key wins within previous organizations.
- Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships and communicate technically to various stakeholders.
- Understanding of technologies such as RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, FIREWALL, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, 3DES.
