Position: Systems Integration Lead - Port Automation Sector: OXAGON Division/Section: Port & Sea Mobility Department: Port Operations - Automation

Role Purpose

The Port of Neom aims to become one of the world's most technologically advanced, efficient, and sustainable ports. To achieve this, they are looking for a Systems Integration Lead in the Port Automation team.

In this role, you will support the implementation of automation projects, including equipment automation, process automation, real-time monitoring, dynamic planning, and predictive planning. The focus is on seamless integration between the container terminal and the automated warehouse, alongside horizontal transport and asset interfaces. Responsibilities include assessing infrastructure, driving implementation, managing projects, collaborating with vendors, supporting testing, acting as a subject matter expert, and contributing to the development of working procedures.

Background, Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Solid experience with integration initiatives
• Good command of English
• Effective collaborator with strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
• Port or supply chain experience is advantageous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or equivalent
• Relevant years of experience in an integration role
• Project Management experience
