The company is looking for an exceptionally talented Systems Integration Manager - Rail to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is an on-site, full-time position. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the coordination and integration of all railway systems, including signaling, communications, traction power, SCADA, OCC, rolling stock, platform systems, depot systems, and associated infrastructure.
  • Managing interfaces between rail systems and ensuring seamless integration with civil infrastructure, stations, depots, and operational environments.
  • Establishing system interface registers to track and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver consistent system design solutions across all project stages.
  • Facilitating systems integration workshops and supporting systems engineering activities.
  • Identifying integration risks and developing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Supporting testing and commissioning activities and ensuring compliance with project requirements and safety standards.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in rail projects and/or rail operations.
  • Strong knowledge of railway systems including signaling, communications, traction power, SCADA, OCC, and rolling stock.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams and complex system interfaces.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Professional certification or membership in relevant engineering or rail industry institutions.
  • Experience on major metro, railway, transit, or transportation infrastructure projects.
