Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and hire a team of software engineers.
- Design and deliver engineering solutions using Go, Python, and open-source tools.
- Collaborate with business customers to identify data and integration needs.
- Continuously seek improvements to engineering processes.
Requirements:
- Experience as a software developer in Python.
- Excellent understanding of integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience as an engineering manager or team lead.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally for team meetings, approximately 2-4 times a year.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with a high-level programming language, preferably Go.
- Background in a business role such as sales, finance, or operations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
