Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and hire a team of software engineers.
- Design and deliver engineering solutions using Go, Python, and open-source tools.
- Collaborate with business customers to address their data and integrations needs.
- Continuously seek improvements to established processes and engineering solutions.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience as a software developer in Python.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns.
- Proven experience as a hands-on engineering manager or team lead.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to collaborate in a remote environment and stay motivated and organized.
- Willingness to travel internationally 2-4 times per year.
Additional Skills:
- Experience in a high-level programming language (preferably Go).
- Background in a business role such as sales, finance, or operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
