You will lead, mentor, and hire a team of software engineers, design and deliver engineering solutions, and partner with business customers to understand their data and integration needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of software engineers
- Design and implement engineering solutions using Go, Python, and open source tools
- Seek improvements in established processes and engineering solutions
- Collaborate with business customers to understand their integration needs
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience as a software developer in Python
- Strong understanding of integration patterns
- Previous experience as a hands-on engineering manager or team lead
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to collaborate remotely with diverse team members
- Willingness to travel internationally for approximately 2-4 weeks per year
Additional Skills:
- Experience in Go
- Background in business roles such as sales or finance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Language Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English are required.
