The BIM Lead – 4D will report to the Project BIM Manager and will be responsible for ensuring effective integration of 4D modeling and visualization into project workflows, enhancing efficiency and decision-making. This role includes developing 4D models, managing BIM activities across teams, and driving innovation in digital construction techniques.

Major Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 4D models using tools like Synchro or Fuzor.
- Lead the 4D sequencing program and coordinate activities to ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Oversee BIM model development to standards and ensure quality control.
- Support training and guidance on interpreting and applying 4D outputs for decision-making.
- Act as a liaison among stakeholders to resolve BIM-related challenges.
Education and Experience Requirements
- BS in Engineering or Construction Management with 10+ years of experience in project delivery, or MS in Engineering/Construction Management with 8+ years of project delivery experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a BIM/CAD Manager or BIM Lead in aviation infrastructure projects (preferred).
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in 4D planning tools, especially Synchro.
- Proficiency in BIM/GIS software, including Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience in managing BIM templates and classification systems for large-scale projects.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities adaptable to multicultural environments.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English (additional languages may be beneficial but not specified).
