Reporting to the Project BIM Manager, the BIM Lead is responsible for developing the digital vision and implementing the Project Information Management strategy for Aviation projects. This role involves deep expertise in BIM for Aviation infrastructure, ensuring effective integration of digital solutions into design and construction processes.

Responsibilities
- Lead 4D modeling and visualization efforts, overseeing sequencing, process development, and documentation.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in 4D, visualization, and digital construction techniques.
- Develop and maintain 4D models using tools like Synchro or Fuzor, and integrate inputs from various teams.
- Support project leadership and stakeholders with insights on emerging technologies and their application in project delivery.
- Develop and maintain 4D models to support construction simulation and progress tracking.
- Train and guide end users in interpreting and applying 4D outputs for decision-making.
- Oversee BIM activities across design and construction subcontractors.
- Manage BIM model development and ensure compliance with established standards and protocols.
- Provide operational support and manage effective communication with stakeholders.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) with 10-13 years of relevant experience; alternatively, 14-17 years of experience without a degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a BIM/CAD Manager or BIM lead in technology for design and construction.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Strong leadership and coordination capabilities.
- Expert-level proficiency in 4D planning tools, especially Synchro.
- Familiarity with BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and GIS tools.
- Experience in managing BIM workflows and collaboration platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Language Requirements
Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages may be advantageous.
