The Systems Support Analyst serves as a customer interface for the IT Helpdesk team, managing the day-to-day operations of the company's IT Helpdesk. This position requires strong communication and customer service skills, along with excellent technical knowledge to assist the company's employees with their computer and application issues, including Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user IT support, respond to service desk requests, and manage service incidents
  • Install and maintain software applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Support mobile devices, VoIP telephony, and audio-visual (AV) needs
  • Assist with hardware installation and maintenance
  • Perform scheduled operational duties and administer user accounts
  • Collaborate with global IT teams for consistent service delivery
  • Assist with technology projects and systems administration tasks

Education, Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; or equivalent relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Active Directory, and networking technologies
  • Experience with IT service management tools, preferably ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Azure Cloud, and ITIL service management frameworks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability

Language Requirements:

  • Fluency in languages relevant to our global operations is advantageous.

Work Conditions:

  • Standard working hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
