T24 Operations Support Engineer

About the Job:
We are seeking a T24 Operations Support Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in T24 Operations & Management. The role requires expertise in core banking systems (Temenos T24), encompassing both core modules and non-core integration, along with architecture knowledge. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent coordination abilities, and automation skills using tools such as App Dynamics, Shell Scripting, DB Scripting, and Python.

The responsibilities include requirement gathering, user acceptance testing specification, client interfacing, environment readiness, change request management, interim release management, incident management, project audit compliance, and post-live support activities. Required experience also includes TAFC & TAFJ.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in T24 programming language and administration.
• Knowledge of application programming interfaces (APIs) and OFS interface processing.
• User profile creation and security management in T24.
• Familiarity with utilities like enquiry, menu, composite screens, and versions.
• Expertise in Unix administration (area creation, printer configuration).
• Experience in local development/customization and performance tuning for COB and online transactions.
• Knowledge of multi-company and extended multi-book company creation and T24 browser configuration.
• Understanding of IRIS, TOCFEE & Tcserver is essential.
• Skills in OS scripting.

Functional Skills:

• Core (EB), COB Process, and Archival knowledge.
• Process optimization and fine-tuning.
• Deployment process and user administration.
• Experience in browser and database configuration.

Additional Requirement:
The position requires 24/7 support to manage all activities across 10 different countries.
