How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Provide expert technical support by troubleshooting and resolving complex issues with the company's products and services.
- Execute on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring optimal performance of equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to facilitate successful implementation of the company's solutions.
- Deliver comprehensive training and support to customers on the operation and maintenance of our products and systems.
- Identify and recommend product and service improvements based on customer feedback and field experience.
- Implement and manage cybersecurity configurations and solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Automation, I&C, Control System, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience with the company's T3000, PLC, and SCADA systems.
- Proficiency in T3000 system virtualization, domain server configurations, and the company's fail-safe systems.
- Hands-on experience with Modbus, DNP3, OPC interfaces, and network architecture design.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams and clients.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Middle East.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions and industrial controls networks.
Language Requirements:
English proficiency is likely required, given the global nature of the role and the requirement for excellent communication skills.
