About the Job:
As a T3000 Service Expert System Administrator at the company, you will play a crucial role in innovative projects related to power plant automation and cybersecurity systems. Your responsibilities will include managing and optimizing the company's control systems to ensure seamless operation and security, directly impacting clients’ operational efficiency and supporting the mission of delivering sustainable energy solutions.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Provide expert technical support by troubleshooting and resolving complex issues with the company's products and services.
• Execute on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring optimal performance of equipment and systems.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to facilitate successful implementation of the company's solutions.
• Deliver comprehensive training and support to customers on the operation and maintenance of our products and systems.
• Identify and recommend product and service improvements based on customer feedback and field experience.
• Implement and manage cybersecurity configurations and solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Automation, I&C, Control System, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience with the company's T3000, PLC, and SCADA systems.
• Proficiency in T3000 system virtualization, domain server configurations, and the company's fail-safe systems.
• Hands-on experience with Modbus, DNP3, OPC interfaces, and network architecture design.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams and clients.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the Middle East.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions and industrial controls networks.
