TA Sourcing Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE
The TA Sourcing Lead is the custodian of the company’s sourcing channels, talent pools, pipelines, and sourcing methodologies. You are the Subject Matter Expert on sourcing technologies and tools, talent signals, talent market intelligence, and talent engagement. This role delivers Priority 1 (P1) strategic, complex, and business-critical sourcing, provides white-glove sourcing for senior roles as well as P1 and escalated Priority 2 (P2) volume/niche technical roles, and executive referrals. The TA Sourcing Lead manages and leads sourcing initiatives and projects, partnering closely with outsourced service providers to ensure scalable, high-quality delivery while remaining focused on attracting world-class talent into the top of the funnel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own, develop, and nurture enterprise sourcing channels, pipelines, and modular talent pools across all company clusters and entities.
• Ensure talent pipelines, talent pools, and referrals are modular and deployed Group-wide, appropriately and proactively.
• Own sourcing SLAs, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Lead delivery of complex priority and escalated sourcing assignments (P1, P2 escalations).
• Provide white-glove sourcing and referral management for company Leadership.
• Define sourcing methodologies, channel strategies, and tool standards.
• Deliver strategic market intelligence and talent insights as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) including sourcing signals while promoting data-driven talent insights.
• Lead proactive pipeline strategy for critical role families, including zero-day hiring.
• Partner with Vendor Management on OSP/RPO capacity planning and performance.
• Coach and guide sourcing specialists through knowledge sharing.
• Own and drive sourcing initiatives and improvements that enhance pipeline quality, speed, or health and contribute as a key player in TA projects and initiatives, including enterprise-level projects.
• Cultivate and nurture talent pipelines across all channels through bespoke and templated employer branding and value propositions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Extensive experience in talent acquisition sourcing with deep knowledge of the technical aspects of sourcing across multiple channels (e.g., referral generation, deep talent research, prompt engineering, BOOLEAN, leveraging AI tools, OSINT methods, and sourcing signals).
• Proven delivery of business-critical sourcing assignments.
• Advanced expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
• Experience with developing talent market intelligence and sourcing signal development (beyond LinkedIn).
• Expert in relationship and rapport building, career marketing, employee branding propositioning, and employer branding messages.
• Ability to coach and mentor on all aspects of sourcing.
• Experience partnering with OSP/RPO suppliers.
• Experience managing executive stakeholders.
• Experienced in project and initiative management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience designing and improving sourcing operating procedures and playbooks.
• Exposure to workforce planning, data, and analytics.
• Experience leading enterprise projects or programs.
• Advanced use of AI-driven sourcing products and tools.
• Experience developing and nurturing long-term, modular talent pipelines.
• CRM experience.
