Tableau Developer

About the Job:
The company is seeking a Tableau Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Business Intelligence solutions, with a strong emphasis on Tableau, ETL processes, and Teradata.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development of sophisticated and intuitive Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Proficient in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources such as data warehouses and relational databases.
• Expertise in dashboard design, storytelling, drill-down analysis, and advanced visualization techniques.
• Strong SQL development and data analysis skills.
• Experience with large-scale Data Warehouse environments and a solid understanding of data modeling concepts including Star Schema and Dimensional Modeling.
• Familiarity with Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, Cloudera, or other enterprise data platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning capabilities.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain.
• Knowledge of Risk, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, or Treasury reporting.
• Familiarity with Data Governance tools such as Collibra is a plus.
• Tableau certification preferred.
• Exposure to cloud data platforms and modern BI architecture.
