We are currently seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to support our Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy and operations across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for developing, leading, and continuously improving the company’s Talent Acquisition function across the region. Acting as a hands-on player/coach, you will manage high-impact requisitions while guiding and supporting the regional TA team with coaching, market insights, and practical expertise. The successful candidate will champion the company’s talent strategy, strengthen employer branding in the region, and drive continuous improvement to build a modern, data-driven recruitment function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching and support to regional Talent Acquisition Partners.
  • Own end-to-end TA delivery, covering all hiring categories: Full-time, Fixed-term, Graduate, and Executive recruitment.
  • Lead the deployment of the company’s evolving TA operating model and technologies.
  • Champion the adoption of advanced analytics for decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Deliver regular market intelligence and insights to inform workforce planning.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required:

  • Proven experience leading high-performing TA teams in complex, multinational environments.
  • Strong background in in-house Talent Acquisition, with expertise in search/headhunting and direct sourcing models.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring practices in the Middle East region.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Professional HR or TA certifications are advantageous.

Desirable:

  • Proficiency with Workday, CRM platforms, and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Experience in IT services, technology consulting, or digital transformation industries.
