Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, lead, and continuously improve the company's Talent Acquisition function across the region.
  • Mentor and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, ensuring strong performance and delivery excellence.
  • Partner with Business Leaders and Country Managers to meet talent needs with speed and quality.
  • Own end-to-end talent acquisition delivery, managing critical requisitions and maintaining talent pipelines.
  • Promote the company's Employer Value Proposition and enhance brand visibility in the talent market.
  • Lead the deployment of evolving TA operating models, tools, and technologies across the region.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform workforce planning and talent strategies.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT services, technology consulting, and digital transformation industries.
  • Proven experience leading high-performing talent acquisition teams in multinational IT services environments.
  • Strong background in in-house technology talent acquisition with exposure to direct sourcing and headhunting.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring practices in the Middle East region.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; professional HR or TA certifications are an advantage.
  • Proficiency with Workday, CRM platforms, and recruitment analytics tools is desirable.

Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is required.
