What You'll Do

  • Build talent pipelines that fuel the company's growth by partnering with leaders across various business functions to understand hiring needs and proactively build pipelines before roles become urgent.
  • Become the face of the company for emerging talent by building strong partnerships with universities and presenting our story at career fairs.
  • Design a graduate hiring experience that identifies future leaders by owning recruitment for our graduate programs, creating structured processes that help identify potential.
  • Create an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring that every candidate receives a professional, transparent, and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Help strengthen culture through hiring by partnering with hiring managers to define what great talent looks like beyond technical skills.
  • Improve how we hire and onboard by continuously looking for opportunities to enhance recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Measure what matters by tracking hiring performance through key metrics and using insights to drive better outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of talent acquisition experience with successful management of end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally including graduate or volume hiring programs.
  • Passion for talent acquisition, with a strong belief in the impact of hiring on company culture and success.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills to effectively represent the company and attract candidates.
  • Proactive approach to identifying hiring challenges and solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail for managing multiple hiring initiatives.

You'll likely be a strong fit if you have:

  • Saudi nationality (required).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with graduate hiring, assessment centers, internships, or early-career recruitment programs.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment technologies.
  • Experience using hiring data and recruitment metrics to drive decision-making.

  • Established meaningful partnerships with key universities and graduate talent communities.
  • Successfully launched or improved graduate hiring initiatives.
  • Built stronger talent pipelines for commercial and business-critical roles.
  • Implemented improvements to candidate screening and assessment processes.
  • Delivered high-quality hires while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
